How many bags of cereal are in each box?
Every box of ProBite comes with 4 bags of cereal. If our math is correct, that is 22 servings of cereal! That should keep you fuelled for a good while!
How many servings come in a bag?
Each bag contains 5.5 servings of 60g each, ensuring your breakfast for Monday through Friday is all set!
Why is the serving size 60g?
While some cereal brands offer smaller portions, our generous 60g serving reflects what most people typically consume. It’s the perfect amount to keep you fuelled until lunchtime. Plus, our cereal is packed with protein and fibre, ensuring you feel satisfied after every bowl.
Why is it more expensive than regular cereal?
Unlike typical cereals loaded with cheap refined sugar, ProBite opts for premium ingredients to craft a cereal high in protein and fibre, with only 1g of sugar per bowl – that’s a whopping 20-30 times less sugar than your average cereal! At €1.45 per bowl, it’s a budget-friendly choice compared to other breakfast options. Oh, and did we mention it’s good for you 😉

What are net carbs?
Not all carbs affect your body the same way. We remove fibre and most sweeteners to calculate “net carbs,” which are the carbs that actively impact your body. In our case, net carbs = total carbs – fibre. Easy peasy!
How long will the cereal stay fresh?
ProBite stays fresh for 12 months. Once opened, our bags feature a resealable zipper to keep your cereal fresh between servings.
Are the bags recyclable?
Our bags consists of one high-quality type of plastic that can easily be recycled.
Is ProBite vegan-friendly?
Yes, all our flavours are plant powered and completely vegan-friendly!
Is ProBite gluten-friendly?
Yes, all our flavours are completely gluten-free!
What protein is in ProBite?
Our secret weapon? Soy plant protein. It’s the full package, boasting all nine essential amino acids.
How is ProBite so low in sugar?
We achieve sweetness using sucralose and acesulfame K, both non-caloric sweeteners.

Who are our shipping partners?
Typically, our primary partners are Bpost and PostNL. However, there are instances where we may also use UPS and DHL for shipping needs.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

My order arrived, but it’s damaged.

My package says it was delivered, but it’s not here.
No need to worry! Occasionally, orders might be mistakenly marked as delivered too soon. If you haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, just give us a heads-up at contact@probite.eu, and we’ll sort it out for you.
How long will it take for an order to arrive and how do I track it?
Orders placed before 7pm typically ship out the same day. You can expect delivery the following day in Belgium and the Netherlands. For Germany and France, delivery may take up to 3 days. Keep an eye on your email after ordering for a tracking code to follow your package.
Where can ProBite be shipped too?
Currently we ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. If your country is not on the list and you’d like it to be, get in touch, and we’ll see what we can do!

Is there a minimum commitment for a subscription
Absolutely not!You can cancel your subscription at any point in time.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription
You certainly can! Just go to subscriptions under your account page, select the subscription you want to modify, and you’ll find the option to change your subscription plan.
How do I cancel my subscription
Head on over to your account page, click on subscriptions, and cancel at any time.
How do I setup a subscription?
To setup a subscription please select the “subscribe and save” on the product page rather than a “single purchase”.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
You save 10% off every order, and you never have to worry about forgetting to order again!
How often can my subscription be delivered?
For maximum flexibility, we provide options for repeat orders every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks, depending on your needs.
Can I edit the shipping address for my subscription?
Yes, you can change the delivery address through your account page. If you need support, reach out to contact@probite.eu.
ORDERS
Can I update my shipping address, edit, or cancel my order once I place it?
Orders typically ship out the same day. Please email us at orders@probite.eu with your order information, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
On the check-out page, enter your code in the “Add a coupon” field to claim your discount.
Can I apply multiple discounts to my order?
Only one discount can be applied per order. Please note that Subscribe & Save orders are not eligible for additional price discounts.
